ReddStrategy Group
The Grant Compliance Risk Diagnostic, delivered by ReddStrategy Group in 15 business days from the day your documents are accepted. A fixed-fee management diagnostic of grant governance documentation, led by a Certified Fraud Examiner. We tell your board and management where your grant records are most exposed, before a funder or regulator asks first.
Federal and state grants carry documentation duties that most organizations meet with good intentions and thin records. The Grant Compliance Risk Diagnostic looks at the records behind your grant spending across seven areas, runs deterministic data analytics over your transaction ledger, and produces a written diagnostic assessment your leadership can act on.
Everything is done to a fixed fee on a fixed business-day clock (15 business days). You receive a management diagnostic report — written for your management and board — with an estimated exposure figure for every included observation, so you can plan recommended actions and set aside reserves before an awarding agency ever raises a question.
Step 1
We set up your engagement, create your portal account and issue a document request tailored to your award.
Step 2
A clear checklist of what to share, grouped by area. Every item is tracked from requested to accepted, and you can see its status at any time.
Step 3
15 business days from the day your documents are accepted, skipping weekends and your published holidays. You can see the day count, and pauses are recorded with a reason.
Step 4
Deterministic analytic checks over the records you share — duplicate payments, procurement-threshold patterns, split purchases, unallowable-cost language and more. Analytic checks produce candidates for people to consider, never conclusions.
Step 5
Each observation is written, supported and authorized by a person before it can appear in a report. Analytics never label anything on their own.
Step 6
A management diagnostic report with the basis shown beside every estimated exposure figure, the analytic checks that were not run, and the governing authority cited.
The document request and the assessment both follow the same map, grounded in the federal uniform guidance at 2 CFR Part 200, together with the terms of each federal, State, local government or corporate award.
